About This Adventure

Great for beginner with no experience!

Duration

9 Hours over 3 days

When booking more than 3-hours of lessons, please provide us with the additional dates in the comments section of your cart when checking out. This way we can book you in for your lessons beyond the first 3-hour lesson.

About

  • Our 9-hours of private lessons give you three days of three hours per day of private professional instruction tailored to your specific needs.
  • If you are a beginner this will guide you through levels 1-2 IKO and into level 3. Getting up on the board and riding.
  • Our goal is to make you independent enough after these three days to understand all the basics needed for you to set up, gear up, start up, and go on your own for some small rides. Then it is all practice from here.
  • Whether you are a total beginner starting from scratch or have done a lesson in the past.
  • All lessons are private and we cater the lessons depending on your skill level and progress.
  • All students will get an IKO certification to the level they reach with us. Whether it is riding or setting up a kite.
  • You will earn an IKO certification to validate your training to continue anywhere in the world from where you ended your lessons.
  • We only do 3-hours of lessons per day. This will give you the chance to have a break and reflect on what you have done that day. Coming back fresh and more than ready for your next 3-hour session.
  • At KPR we want to advance you through the levels teaching you everything about kiteboarding to make you an independent kiter without sacrificing safety or fun.
  • The amount of time it takes to get to the level you want to achieve will depend on each individual's ability. All timelines are guides and it may take less time or more time.

This determination is at the discretion of the management and instructors. We base decisions on current or forecasted conditions, as well as other factors such as safety, tides, etc.

Adventure Tips

Check Wind Conditions Daily

Optimal kiteboarding requires consistent winds between 12-25 knots, so verify local forecasts each day before heading out.

Hydrate Before and After Sessions

The sun and physical exertion make proper hydration crucial during your kiteboarding lessons.
