Our cruise allows you to explore some additional sites and provides time for a nice leisurely lunch at a waterside restaurant. With a little bit of thought, this cruise could even include a return to our home port as the sun sets essentially giving you a sunset and even city lights cruise in addition to a sand bar cruise.

Possible Destinations for this cruise include: Venice FL, Casey Key, Midnight Pass Beach, Point of Rocks, Siesta Beach, Big Pass Sandbar, South Lido Beach, Lido Beach, North Lido Beach, the ICW, New Pass Sandbar, Longboat Key Beach, Jewfish Key, Anna Marie Island, Passage Key.

Waterfront restaurants to dine in: Old Salty Dog, New Pass Grill, Casey Key Fish House, The Point, Shore Longboat, Turtles Restaurant, Deep Lagoon Restaurant, Pop's Sunset Restaurant.

Sample Itinerary:

  1. Head out from Marina Jack

  2. Stop off at Jewfish Key or North Lido Beach to stretch your legs and find some shells or sand dollars

  3. continue on to the Bay side of Passage Key. watch the abundant wildlife, enjoy the crystal clear water or continue on to Egmont Key

  4. Head back stopping at Shore Longboat for a nice sit down meal on the patio overlooking the ICW.

  5. Cruise slowly back to Sarasota as the sun sets on the horizon admiring the oranges, pinks, and purples.

  6. Finish your day off by anchoring in Sarasota bay admiring the night skyline before returning to the Marina.
