Morning light spills across a highway that quickly shrinks to a ribbon of forest and water; the bus door opens and you step into a rhythm of tents, campfire smoke, and the soft rattle of paddles. Over eight days this road trip stitches together Sandbanks' dunes, Bon Echo’s pictographed cliffs, Algonquin’s boreal reaches, and the turquoise coves of the Bruce Peninsula into a single, active loop.

Good baseline fitness for multi-hour hikes, canoeing and bike sections; ability to carry a small daypack and manage stairs/rock scrambles.
No prior experience required; the trip includes tent setup demos and basic paddling instruction, though a moderate fitness level is expected.
Most meals are vegetarian and camp-cooked; restaurant meals are exceptions—notify the operator of allergies or special dietary needs in advance.
Tents and basic sleeping kits are provided; unless you choose a solo tent option, guests are paired in shared 4-person tents by sex, with couples/families kept together.
Expect several half-day hikes, 1–3 hour paddles, and a 16 km bike option; participants should be comfortable walking on uneven terrain and paddling with a partner.
Bon Echo’s Mazinaw pictographs are a protected Indigenous site; the Bruce Trail is Canada’s oldest continuously marked hiking trail, tracing local settlement routes.
Parks operate strict leave-no-trace and food-storage rules; minimize impact by using established sites, packing out waste, and following park fire regulations.
