Daily hikes range from 7–16 km with single-day ascents up to ~1,050 m; expect 4–8 hours of walking on most days with steeper, technical descents.
Prior experience helps—altitude above 3,000 m can affect breathing and endurance; allow time to acclimatize and inform guides of any symptoms.
Trip includes shared yurt nights and tent camping, with breakfasts, lunches and dinners supplied as listed; a porter carries group food and communal equipment.
