  • 48-hour cancellation notice required for all boat reservations.
  • Boats canceled on-time (48 hours or more, prior to the reservation time) will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
  • No Beaching of Boats.
  • You are responsible for damages to the boat and or motor.
  • No Towing.
  • Only the number of persons allowed on the boat as determined by CLFC.
  • All persons must remain entirely in the boat while engine is running.
  • No bow riding.
  • Life jackets are required for ages 12 and under.
  • No cooking devices on Boats.
  • Must be 18 years of age with valid drivers license.
  • No refunds due to weather.
  • No call, No shows will be charged the full amount of the rental.
  • No refund will be given for early returns.
  • Minimum $50 fee for late returns.
  • Please no sunflowers seeds, pistachio shells, or dumping of worm dirt in the boat. Subject to $20 cleaning fee.
  • No wake in the Harbor.
  • Violation of rules may end your boat ride with no refund.
