You step out onto a white crust that seems to go on forever under a wide, sharp sky — the salt pans of Makgadikgadi glittering like a pressed mirror. Nights open into a black dome freckled with stars; daybreak paints the baobabs in raw ivory and bronze. This six-day circuit runs from Maun across Lekhubu’s rock islands to Makgadikgadi and Nxai Pan, moving between campsite showers, short game drives and late-night stargazing.
