Onboard, you can make yourself at home! If you prefer to have a Bartender serve your food and prepare your beverages to ensure a full luxury experience it is available upon request with a $100 service fee.

The boat must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

🤔Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations more than 14 days from departure date, 50% refunded of Total Rental. Cancellations less than 14 days from departure date, no refunds. If a charter is canceled due to unsafe weather, 100% refunded or Charterer may reschedule.

🤔$250 Security Deposit?

A HOLD is placed on your card for the security deposit and is necessary for damages or excessive messes that require additional or professional cleaning.

🤔Is a USCG Captain Included?

A Professional USCG Captain IS required. A list of Sea Trialed candidate USCG captains are available & included to select from, unless you have your own you'd like to elect and have us sea trial before departure.

Marina del Rey is a beautiful seaside community in Los Angeles County, California, with a marina that is known as "THE" boating and water recreation destination of the greater Los Angeles area. The marina is North America’s largest man-made small-craft harbor and is home to approximately 5,000 boats. The area is a popular tourism destination for water activities such as paddleboard and kayak rentals, dinner cruises, and yacht charters. This Westside location is approximately 4 miles south of Santa Monica, and 4 miles north of Los Angeles International Airport.

🤔What is a Bareboat Charter?*

*As defined below, the vessel you are booking is a bareboat charter:

1. A bareboat charter is a vessel that is leased by the owner to another person (a “charterer”) for a period of time without a captain or crew.

2. A bareboat charter is a vessel that is considered a recreational vessel and may not be subject to Passenger Vessel inspections by the United States Coast Guard.

3. Once the charterer takes possession of the vessel, the charterer becomes entirely responsible for any collision, personal injuries and wages for the crew.

4. The owner of the vessel is generally not responsible for any collision, personal injuries and wages for the crew.

5. The charterer is responsible for the vessel’s crew, fuel, insurance, any maintenance or repairs, and any liability associated with use and possession of the vessel.

6. The charterer must have the option of selecting and paying crew and may discharge the master or any crew member without referral to the owner.

7. The owner may require general levels of proficiency for the crew that is retained based on federal statutes, and

8. Charterers and passengers are solely responsible for making sure they understand and agree to the terms of any bareboat charter agreement.
