Enjoy a breath-taking 50-minute cruise on beautiful Lake Wallenpaupack as your tour guide describes the area and the history behind this charming lake region. Sit back and relax on our pontoon boat. Tours depart hourly, on the hour. Our tour covers approx. 1/3 of the Lake. Advise your group that we have portable restrooms ONLY. * Pets are not permitted.

FAQ's

Are life jackets provided? Yes, the orange Type II jackets are provided however, If you are more comfortable with your own lifejacket, please bring it.

How many people are needed for the tour to depart? We need a minimum of 4 people for the tour to depart. If we are not able to book a MINIMUM OF 4 SEATS – the boat will not go out. If a ride has to cancel due to this minimum, we will refund your payment in full.

What happens in inclement weather? If we cancel the ride due to weather a full will be provided. If you are out on the water less than 25 minutes a full refund will be provided. If you are on the water more than 25 minutes and we have to cut the tour short, no refunds will be provided. Please note that our rental office is open 8am-5pm every day. Do not leave a vmail for cancellations.

Where do we check-in for the tour? Check-in at the Tour Boat office which is located inside East Shore Lodging. Check-in 20 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TOUR TIME. We will provide you with a ticket. We will not hold the boat if you are late. There are NO exceptions and you will forfeit your seats without the ability to get on the next tour. Leave your group enough time to get to our destination.

What to bring? This tour is on an open air pontoon boat and it is always about 10 degrees cooler on the water. Bring a sweater. Fall & Spring, bring a blanket too. There is a bimini top on the boat to provide some protection from the sun in the summer months. Wear sunscreen.

Are pets permitted? Pets are not permitted on the tour. Guide dogs only.
