Embark on a thrilling 5-hour fishing adventure just 9 to 12 miles from shore! Enjoy approximately 3 hours of fishing for delicious catches like grey snapper, porgies, and black sea bass. Perfect for families, this trip offers a fun-filled day with light tackle and complimentary cut squid bait provided on board.

Primarily Grey snapper (grunts), porgies, and black sea bass but if you use the live shrimp maybe some hogfish. Occasionally we catch mackerel and possible kingfish spring and fall Keep in mind this is the shortest trip closest to shore offered at Hubbard's Marina. We don't get monsters on this trip, but we catch a bunch of the smaller great eating fish and its fun for the whole family!
Cut squid provided on board at no extra charge. Live shrimp is available as an extra live bait option and you can get 2 doz in a souvenir bucket for $10 or 5 doz in a souvenir bucket for $20
Light tackle recommended; 40 lb. leader line, 4 oz. sinker, and 4/0 hook on a 4/0 conventional with 40lb mainline or if advanced angler targeting hogfish 4000-5000 series spinning reel with 15-25lb braid, 20-30ft of 30lb floro and 1/4oz -1oz egg sinker with 4/0 hook.
Apply sunscreen, wear a hat and sunglasses to stay protected during your time on the water.
