Those who opt not to do this can go through Bend's unique whitewater park that runs through the middle of the city. Afterward, rest and integrate through journaling and sharing.

A 2-day rafting expedition along the pristine Umpqua River gorge, camping riverside. Find conscious flow, excitement, and social space on the water. This is a deep nature connection experience, as we won't have access to phones and you won't be in vehicles for 2 days start to finish. At night we have final group sharing and solitary reflection.
