Private 2-Hour Yacht Charter in Marina del Rey

Calico Yacht Charter operates private yacht charters from Marina del Rey, offering a fleet that includes the 40ft 'Calico' and the 50ft 'Alokoy'. The company specializes in customizable cruises along the Southern California coast — Malibu, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, and Catalina Island — ranging from short 2‑hour cruises to full-day Catalina adventures. Trips include Malibu voyages to Paradise Cove or Carbon Beach, scenic passages of Santa Monica Bay and Venice coastline, sunset cruises, and tailored charters for celebrations like birthdays, proposals, and family gatherings. Guests can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, paddleboarding, snorkeling, and wildlife viewing — seals, sea lions and dolphins are often spotted. Crews provide itinerary guidance, safety oversight, and optional amenities such as complimentary refreshments, paddleboards, and chef-prepared lunches on full-day trips. Private charters are designed for groups of friends and families — capacity accommodates up to 12 guests — making these experiences well suited for intimate events or larger celebrations. The company's emphasis on customizable itineraries and experienced crew allows guests to relax while the team handles navigation, safety, and local recommendations. Reservations can be tailored with specific requests like romantic touches for proposals (roses, champagne, music), or focused on activity-led days like snorkeling and beach visits. By combining a clear range of vessel options, varying trip lengths, and crew-led customization, Calico Yacht Charter presents a reliable, memorable way to experience Southern California waters. Expert crew members provide local knowledge, navigation experience, and safety briefings so guests can relax. Trips suit corporate events, family outings, and milestone celebrations with professional service and thoughtful details for every trip.
