Enjoy the freedom of having no doors as you take the family to explore Key West. It’s like a safari – Key West style! The Electric cars run on a charged battery and are perfect for shopping and sightseeing trips around the 2×4 mile island. If longer trips are in your vacation plan there is no need to make other arrangements! HydroThunder is the only company on the island that offers gas powered golf carts that will run on 4 gallons of gas for up to a week. The gas cars are recommended for those who are staying on North or South Roosevelt Boulevard. Start that Key West safari and book your car now!

Rules and Regulations:
• Must be at least 22 years old to rent a car. • Valid driver’s license and credit card required to rent. • Driver must not have consumed alcohol before renting or during rental time. • Eco cars require to be plugged in overnight for 24 hr rentals. Check with your hotel to make sure they allow eco cars to be charged. If not, ask for one of our gas powered golf carts. • Driving range for electric cars: up to 40 miles
