About

Combine Nearshore fishing, and shelling! This is a family combo trip that is perfect for the whole family!

If you enjoy the adventure of the deeper waters, try heading into the gulf of Mexico on our Nearshore Fishing trip. Fishing some of Marco's wrecks and artificial reefs up to a maximum of 9 miles off the coast. Catch the famous grouper and snapper that will become your nights dinner or that gamefish that fights so well. King Mackeral, Little Tuni, Cobia, Permit, Shark or the granddaddy of Grouper, the Goliath Grouper (this monster can weigh up to 500 lbs.) This is a great adventure for the whole family. With little travel you can be relaxing and hooking up with some of the worlds most unique gamefish. If the kids or wife need a change of pace, stop off on one of Marco's barrier island beaches to shell or swim. Most charters don't mind a little break in the action.

Backwaters: Snook, Redfish, Sea Trout, Tarpon, Pompano, Snapper, Jack Crevale and Ladyfish.

What to Bring

  • Sun Protection: Sunscreen, Hats, Polarized Glasses

Adventure Tips

Bring Polarized Sunglasses

Polarized lenses reduce surface glare, making it easier to spot fish and navigate the water safely.

Wear Sun Protection

Florida sun is strong even during short trips; sunscreen and hats minimize sunburn risk on open water and the beach.

Stay Hydrated

Bring water bottles for everyone to stay hydrated, especially during warmer months and active fishing periods.

Dress for Wet Conditions

Expect some spray and splashes while fishing; quick-dry or waterproof layers improve comfort on the boat.

Local Insights
