Embark on a thrilling 4-day wilderness adventure along the Upper James River Water Trail with friends or family. Experience primitive campsites, exciting rapids, and the chance to resupply mid-journey. This scenic trek through remote wilderness offers the perfect escape to relax and connect with nature.

Pricing includes: Rental of boat, paddles, life jackets, safety orientation, river maps, use of dry bags, 5-gallon water jugs, access to private land for camping, and all required shuttles.

Trip Summary

This is a fantastic 4-day trek starts just below the confluence of the Jackson and Cowpasture Rivers where the James River is formed. This trip features interesting primitive campsites, and the ability to resupply during day 2 & 3 of your trip, plus plenty of fun rapids along the way. This trip includes the entire "Virginia Scenic River Section" in the county, and has miles of remote wilderness sections. The perfect trip to relax and get away from it all for a few days.

For safety reasons: Two Person minimum
