About

  • This trip departs from the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE) and tours Fort Lauderdale, Port Everglades, Beaches (Dania, Hollywood, Hallandale, Sunny Isles- Haulover), Bay Harbour and Miami Beach before returning to FXE.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  • Minimum age for each passenger is 2 years old.

  • Maximum weight per passenger is 280 lbs. Any passengers weighing over 280 lbs will require a Mandatory Comfort Seat for aircraft balancing purposes. 50% additional fee to regular tour cost, per passenger. If you didn't add the Mandatory Comfort Seat, please contact us immediately at 786-523-6127.

  • Together seating is not guaranteed, unless you book an Exclusive Flight (private).

  • NO WAIVERS, NO FLIGHT! All passengers MUST submit online waiver sent by email, 48 hours BEFORE helicopter tour time (if booked for the next or same day, MUST submit immediately). If it’s not received on time, the tour will be cancelled, no refunds. As well, as the credit card authorization form, it must be submitted 48 hours BEFORE tour time, by the card owner which needs to bring the card and matching ID to the tour.

  • All passengers MUST arrive 15 minutes before tour time. It will be considered as a no-show if customers have not arrived at scheduled tour time, no refund will be given.

  • Keen Fly reserves the right to cancel or reschedule at their discretion, due to many different factors such as, bad weather conditions, maintenance, FAA mandatory inspections and/or a TFR (Temporary Flight Restriction); Keen Fly can deny passengers boarding if they are deemed intoxicated or impaired - no refund will be given. Tour time can be delayed due to a variety of reasons, if this is the case, customers will be aware.

  • Window/door seat is not guaranteed for all passengers, it is max. 3 doors-off per flight.

  • Car pickup and drop off is available locally for an additional cost. You may note your request for pickup and your pickup address in your booking. We will then reach out to confirm pickup details.
