The tour starts with the hum of small engines and bright costumes spilling out onto Naha’s broad avenues. Riders line up at the office, slip into a borrowed costume if they choose, and follow a guide who threads the group from Kokusaidori’s bustle onto Route 58, past residential blocks and along coastal stretches that open toward Senaga Island and its runway views.
