Sunrise in Cappadocia is kinetic: balloons lift like slow lanterns while the wind sculpts light across a field of eroded tuff. You’ll begin before dawn—either watching the inflation ritual from the launch field or rising with the pilot to float 700–1,000 meters above valleys cut into pumice and ash. Later, a horse ride threads through Rose and Red Valleys, where churches and pigeon houses peer out from the rock.
