Lake Estes Marina
Take a scenic 3.75-mile bike ride around Lake Estes with mountain views and fresh air. Perfect for families and casual cyclists looking to explore Estes Park, Colorado.
Lake Estes Marina operates a full-service marina on Lake Estes, offering boat rentals, seasonal watercraft storage, and annual boat permits for recreational boaters. The marina supplies pontoon rentals in 7-, 8-, and 10-passenger sizes, a 4-passenger paddle boat, 4-passenger aluminum fishing boats with fuel and optional fishing gear, single and tandem kayaks, canoes for up to three guests, and paddle craft storage options for kayaks, canoes, and SUPs.
Seasonal storage racks are available April 1 through October 31 with top, middle, and lower level spaces; availability is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Annual Boat Permits can be purchased online from January through March and collected at the Marina Store. Rentals include lifejackets and many boats include fuel; dogs are permitted on selected rentals. Lake Estes Marina focuses on safe, family-friendly experiences on a serene, wakeless lake with sweeping mountain views. Staff maintain equipment and manage permit pickup to simplify the guest experience. Clear policies such as no refunds for lost permits and stated rental inclusions ensure transparency. The marina’s combination of diverse rental options, structured seasonal storage, and straightforward permit processing makes it a reliable hub for lake recreation, whether guests seek leisurely paddling, family outings on a pontoon, or a day of fishing. Reservations and storage spaces are recommended early in the season due to limited inventory.
Experienced seasonal staff provide local guidance, safety briefings, and on-site assistance, helping visitors plan fishing trips, family gatherings, and peaceful paddling outings across Lake Estes throughout the summer season.
