  • Customers Are 100% Responsible For Any Damage To Rental Equipment, And/ Or Loss Of Equipment. Not limited to other persons boats, docks, swim rafts, motors, people onboard our vessels as well as another vessel.
  • For Safety Reasons All Rentals Are Intended For A Single Group Of Passengers Departing & Returning During The Rental. Switching Different Group's Of People On & Off Will Only Be Allowed At The Discretion Of Sterling Marina & Rentals.
  • Please note all single day rentals must be returned by 7 P.M.
  • Multi-day customers MUST have an adequate boat lift for the duration of rental.
