- Customers Are 100% Responsible For Any Damage To Rental Equipment, And/ Or Loss Of Equipment. Not limited To Other Persons Boats, Docks, Swim Rafts, Motors, People Onboard Our Vessels As Well As Another Vessel.
- For Safety Reasons All Rentals Are Intended For A Single Group Of Passengers Departing & Returning During The Rental. Switching Different Group's Of People On & Off Will Only Be Allowed At The Discretion Of Sterling Marina & Rentals.
- Please note all single day rentals must be returned by 7 P.M.
- Multi-day customers MUST have an adequate boat lift for the duration of rental.
