About This Adventure

Be the captain and enjoy a (half)day on a pontoon boat. Cruise through mangroves and search for wildlife and hidden beaches. Relax on a sandbar, swim, fish, and have fun with family and friends. This fully equipped Pontoon Boat is perfect for a smaller party/family.

Important Details

Waiver and Rental Agreement

Please E-Sign Waiver & Rental Agreement before the day of Rental.

  • Each passenger in the party must complete a waiver and rental agreement before starting the Rental. (adults sign for minors)
  • Unfortunately, we do not allow passengers to board the rented boat without signing the required documents.
  • Information on how to sign the Waiver & Rental agreement can be found in the Confirmation email.

Boaters Safety Card

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license and major credit card.

  • Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, must present a Florida Boaters Safety Card or another state equivalent.
  • If you do not have a Boaters Safety Card, you can take a temporary Boating Safety course online: Online Boating Safety Course .
  • Please bring your driver's license and major credit card.

Other Important Details

  • The 20ft Pontoon Boat allows a max. of 8 people - 1200lbs. You will not be allowed to take out the boat if you have more than 8 people - 1200 lbs of total weight (ALL passengers + gear).
  • We require basic knowledge of small boat operation and use. Florida Boat Rentals staff has the right to refuse the Rental when they do not feel confident and unsafe with the boating experience shown by the designated captain of the Rental.
  • No tubing, wakeboarding, water skiing, towing, or wake surfing behind the boat.
  • Boats are not allowed on the ocean.
  • Boats cannot cruise further north of the Sebastian Inlet and South of the Fort Pierce Inlet.
  • Life Jackets are required. You can find One life vest (PFD) per person (minimum) and one throwable PFD in the boat's seats. By Florida State Law, Children 8 years old and under must always wear PFD. You are responsible for having the equipment for children on board before you begin your Rental. Florida Boat Rentals does have life vests for kids 2 years and older at no additional cost. Please request this equipment at check-in.

The captain must be 21+, carry a valid driver’s license, and those born after 1988 need a Florida Boater Safety Card or equivalent.

Plan Your Route Within Allowed Boundaries

Keep the boat within Sebastian Inlet to the north and Fort Pierce Inlet to the south to avoid ocean waters and ensure safe navigation.
