- A person born on or after Jan. 1, 1989 must have boaters safety.
- The driver of the vessel must remain sober from alcohol or drugs the entire time of usage on our rented equipment.
- Customers Are 100% Responsible For Any Damage To Rental Equipment, And/ Or Loss Of Equipment. Not limited to other persons boats, docks, swim rafts, motors, people onboard our vessels as well as another vessel.
- For Safety Reasons All Rentals Are Intended For A Single Group Of Passengers Departing & Returning During The Rental. Switching Different Group's Of People On & Off Will Only Be Allowed At The Discretion Of Sterling Marina & Rentals.
- Please note all single day rentals must be returned by 7 P.M.
- Multi-day customers MUST have an adequate boat lift for the duration of rental.
