Our custom build Radons were built in Hawaii specifically for Hawaiian waters. Fathom Five is the only 6-pack diving operation in Kauai. This enables us to give every diver the attention they need to feel safe and have fun!
We never mix our groups. This means if you’re certified, you’ll only dive with other certified divers. Because we have two boats, we can cater to both advanced and rusty divers (rusty divers get a free can of WD-40). We frequent 20 different dive sites only 3-5 minutes from the boat harbor making a 2-tank boat dive a half day trip and the customers choose the site!!
First dive from 65’ to 95’, second dive from 30’ to 60’.
Boat Dive Rental Equipment:
- Full package: Mask, fins, snorkel, regulator, weight integrated BCD, 5mm full or short wetsuit
- Ala Carte Rental Pieces: Mask, fins & snorkel. Regulator. Weight integrated BCD. 5mm full or short wetsuit.
We are gear nerds at Fathom Five. We love SCUBA and all it’s toys. As a result of this passion we keep our equipment new, clean and in perfect working order. We rent the high quality gear so you can feel safe and have fun while diving but we also have a tendency to sell some of the stuff too.
Refresher Option
For the certified diver who hasn’t dived in more than 2 years. Add this refresher option to any dive. Includes an 30 minutes academic review with an instructor discussing safety procedures, gear, hand signals, etc., followed by the dive experience of your choice. Refresher Option must check-in 30 minutes prior to standard dive check-in time.

Bring Your Own Certification Card
You must present a valid scuba certification card before diving to ensure safety and comply with requirements.
Hydrate Well Before Your Dive
Kauai’s sun and saltwater can dehydrate you; drink plenty of water before boarding the boat.
Check Weather and Sea Conditions
Conditions can change rapidly; confirm a calm day to maximize safety and visibility underwater.
Arrive Early for Briefings and Gear Setup
