FAQs

Q. When do I need to arrive for my booking? A. Please arrive 30 minutes early. This allows time for a safety briefing and demonstration on how to use the equipment. Late arrival could result in the loss of some or all of your allocated time-slot.

Q. Can a child seat be added? A. A child seat can be added to the longtail E- bike (The child seat is not compatible with the standard size bike, or trike).

Q. What are the age restrictions? Children must be older than 5 years for the ‘Bike-hire’ and older than 1 year for the ‘Bike-trailer’. Adult supervision is required for under 18’s.

DEPOSIT - Please note that for day bookings you will need to bring an ID and pay £50 deposit per bike. This will be returned on receipt of the undamaged equipment at the end of your booking.
