Our Most Popular Two Day Trip • 22 Miles
Embark on an unforgettable overnight camping adventure along the scenic upper James River! Enjoy a thrilling float back to our shop, navigating over 25 easy class I rapids and a few class II rapids. Camp on exclusive private sites, surrounded by stunning landscapes, for a truly memorable experience.
Pricing includes: Rental of boat, paddles, life jackets, safety orientation, river maps, use of dry bags, 5-gallon water jugs, access to private land for camping, and all required shuttles.
For this trip, we will shuttle you 22 miles upstream and launch you at the Eagle Rock public boat landing. You will then float back down to our shop camping about half way through the trip on private sites along the way. Includes great mix of scenery with over 25 easy class I rapids and a few easy class II rapids. This trip is the entire length of the upper James Virginia Scenic River and ends at our TRO Buchanan riverfront location where your car is parked.
