About

Towards the end of the season (August onwards), as the birds have left the cliffs, we replace the Breil Newk Cruise with our Silex Bay Cruise.

We take the same course as the Breil Newk cruise but turn around at Silex Bay where you will get great views of the lighthouses and may see seals in the water or on the rocks catching some sunshine!

What to bring

The weather can be vastly different at sea to that on land, therefore please bring waterproof, warm clothing as the sea breeze can make it chillier at sea and rain or sea spray can appear without warning.

Adventure Tips

Dress for Variable Weather

Bring waterproof, warm layers as the sea breeze and spray can quickly change conditions during the cruise.

Bring Binoculars and a Camera

Enhance your seal and lighthouse spotting with binoculars and capture the coastal scenery with a camera.

Arrive Early for Boarding

Plan to arrive at the departure point ahead of time to secure your spot and settle in comfortably.

Check Sea Conditions

Sea weather can impact comfort and visibility; check forecasts and be prepared for a gentle rocking ride.
