Fishing Boat Rental Agreement

  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license to rent a Fishing Boat.
  • A person born after January 1, 1989, is required to have completed the boater’s safety course requirement.
  • The renter has the responsibility to operate the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner per the rental contract.
  • The renter is fully responsible for all personal and property damage that may occur.
  • A major credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) required at the time of reservation with a $100 nonrefundable plus applicable fees and taxes rental deposit per unit is required. The reservation deposit will be taken off the total amount due.
  • Fishing Boat pick up time starts at 9:00 am return time is at 4:00 pm.
  • Local delivery minimum is $25, with additional rates for delivery up to 25 miles away from Minocqua.
  • The fishing boat is full of gas at pick up/delivery and should be dropped off full of 91 Octane gas. The renter will be charged at $5/gallon if not returned full.

Damage Deposit

  • Minocqua Powersport Rental DOES NOT offer any type of insurance. Therefore, it is suggested you check with your insurance agent. The renter is 100% responsible for any and all damages during your rental period which begins - at the time of pick up/delivery. This includes but is not limited to the trailer the unit is on at the time of pick up.
  • There is a $500 damage deposit required with all fishing boat rentals and must be made with a major credit card (Visa or Mastercard Only).
  • Minocqua Powersport Rental may use, apply, or retain all or any portion of said damage deposit for the payment toward any amounts owed by the renter, including but not limited to the cost of replacement machine and/or trailer and any lost rental days.
