What to Wear:

Hiking boots, trail shoes, running shoes, no flip flops or open toed shoes. Long hair needs to be in a pony tail. Dress comfortably in loose fitting pants or shorts, not tight fitting jeans. Women do well in yoga pants but should not wear short shorts. Men will be more comfortable not wearing elastic banded athletic shorts.
