Embark on an unforgettable 11-day adventure through Germany, starting in vibrant Berlin with iconic sights and rich history. Explore Potsdam's stunning parks, enjoy thrilling activities at Europe's largest water park, and marvel at the fairy-tale Neuschwanstein Castle. Experience the charm of Munich and its famous Hofbräuhaus, creating lasting memories.
The tour will start on July 29. Arrive at your central Berlin hotel (4 stars) and go on a sight-seeing tour of Berlin to see the highlights such as Brandenburg Gate and Checkpoint Charlie. The next day, there will be more sight-seeing including a visit to one or two museums on Museum Island. There will also be a tour of the Reichstag with a visit to the glass dome. On the third day, you will travel to Potsdam to see Cecilienhof (site of Potsdam Conference in 1945) and the famous park of Sanssouci. On day 4 kids will go on a climbing adventure while adults may want to visit a museum. On day 5 the group will travel by bus to Tropical Islands, Europe's largest water park. The group will spend the night in a nice hotel in the nearby Spreewald which they can explore the next day either by kajak (for active people), or by gondola. On day 7, the group will move to Dresden where they will spend 3 nights. Highlights of Dresden are a tour of the Old Town and a visit to the Green Vault. The group will also do a tour on the river Elbe by steam boat. On day 9, the group will travel towards Munich, with a stop and tour in Nürnberg. Arrival in the evening in Munich. The next day visit Neuschwanstein, the Disney-castle, in the Alps. Also stop in Oberammbergau, a beautiful scenic village. On day 11, do a tour of Munich, including a visit to the Hofbräuhaus. Spend one last night in Munich.
