You open the Suzuki Jimny’s door to salt air and a sky that slides from cobalt to burnished pink at dusk. Tires crunch onto gravel as your small convoy threads Clarence Drive, cliffs leaning in like curious onlookers and the ocean daring you to look closer. Nights are for braais and the low, steady breathing of the fynbos; days are a patchwork of lagoon paddles, botanical gorges and wide beaches that invite long boots-off walks.

No—basic 4x4 instruction is provided, but prior familiarity with low-range and tyre-pressure changes makes the trip smoother.
Most campsites, park and conservation fees are included, but some reserve-led activities (boat cruises, guided vulture trips) are extra and paid locally.
The Jimny comes fitted with a Roof Pod sleeping system with bedding and pillows; campers should bring personal sleep liners if desired.
