What we'll do

We'll take in the best of the city before heading out into the beautiful Kent Downs. Once outside of the city walls we'll pick up the trails through paddocks, orchards and vineyards before heading along the River Stour past the meadows where Julius Caesar assembled his troops before storming the old city.

Good to know

Our tour starts and finishes by the War Memorial outside the Cathedral on Buttermarket, and is equal parts running and stopping. Your guide will be happy to answer any questions you may have or even take a detour to show you something that may be of interest to the group.

The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes, though times vary depending on pace, optional detours and number of questions.

Please ensure that you have a reasonable level of fitness and can complete a 10km run before booking. We will run at whichever pace feels most comfortable for the group and nobody gets left behind. Our tours contain frequent stops so you will most likely be able to run further and faster than you would on your usual run.

Leave only footprints

We're committed to zero waste, sustainable tourism. Our tour includes digital group photos and an animated route video in the price.
