The run opens on a seawind, with the Mediterranean pushing at your pace and the city’s hard edge sliding into palm-lined promenades. Runners move from wide beach boardwalks to shaded boulevards, past low-rise Bauhaus blocks and into alleys where stone buildings keep the heat down.
