Embark on an exhilarating 1-hour RIB boat tour around Whiddy Island, where you'll explore stunning coastal scenery and encounter fascinating wildlife like dolphins, porpoises, and seals. With knowledgeable guides sharing insights and the option for private groups to stop for refreshments, this adventure promises unforgettable moments on the water.
This is an exciting boat tour aboard our RIB where we will spend 1hr on a trip around Whiddy Island exploring approx 10 nautical miles of coastal scenery around the bay while our friendly and informative guides will give you a brief introduction to the sights and points of interest around the bay. Suitable for 10 year olds and older.
Private groups will have the option to stop at the Bank House, Whiddy Island for a hot one, fast one or more than one!
One of our skilled skippers will take you to sights of interest while teaching you about the habitat of the beautiful wildlife we come across. We would expect each trip to encounter dolphins, porpoises and seals. Depending on the season sightings of humpback and minke whales have been recorded but are not as abundant as the dolphins in Bantry.
