Adventure Tips

Wear sturdy closed-toe shoes

Closed-toe shoes provide necessary protection and grip while riding over rocky and wet terrain.

Bring a waterproof camera or case

Water crossings and river swims mean your electronics can get wet—protect them with waterproof gear.

Use insect repellent

The rainforest environment has mosquitoes, especially near water; applying repellent ensures a comfortable ride.

Wear lightweight, moisture-wicking clothing

Light clothing helps keep you cool and dries quickly after splashing through creeks or swimming.
