Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your activity's start time to check in. At check-in, you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking and matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking.
There is no refund if a guest does not meet the following requirements at check-in:
Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No refunds or changes will be made to reservations that are booked within 24 hours before the tour departure time. No-shows will be charged the full price.
