Kayak for an hour with launch access from our dock in Silver Lake!

During this time you are welcome to stay in the harbor and view all of the sights and sounds it has to offer such as pelicans and historic homes. Additionally, you are also welcome to leave and explore Pamlico Sound where you can access Springer's Point and see a variety of fish and birds. Anyone 12 and younger must be in a tandem kayak with an adult at all times.

Single kayaks:

  • 12'5"
  • sit-in style kayak with a large enclosed cockpit (22 inches across)
  • padded seats, adjustable footrests and a dry storage area
  • Maximum weight of 300lbs

Tandem Kayaks:

  • either 13’5” or 14’5”.
  • sit-in style with a large cockpit (22 inches across)
  • padded seats, adjustable footrests and a dry storage area.
  • Maximum weight 550lbs
