Experience a personalized nutrition journey with My Healthy Way. Engage in a one-hour online consultation with a Registered Nutritionist who will assess your health history and goals. Receive a tailored nutrition plan within 48 hours, designed to enhance your wellbeing and support your unique lifestyle. Transform your health today!

At My Healthy Way, we are dedicated to offering a range of wellbeing services to suit your individual needs, from online courses to insite activities. If you are interested in a personalised approach to nutrition, our individual sessions could be the best option for you.

This session is run as an online video call with a Registered Nutritionist. Before the consultation, you will be sent a short questionnaire to complete with some health history and also to explain your health and wellbeing goals.

The consultation with the Nutritionist will last 1 hour, where the nutritionist will talk through the questionnaire and take a comprehensive health profile from you, including dietary intake, stress, sleep patterns, movement, digestive health and hormone health.

This information will then be used to create a personalised nutrition plan which will be sent to you by email within 48 hours of the consultation.
