I played Southern Oaks last week for the first time in over 12 years. I couldn't remember most of the holes and some of the tee shots were a guessing game. The staff were very friendly and the fees were reasonable. The fairways and greens were in great shape. However, there were some tee boxes that needed some work. The carts were old but worked and did the job of getting us around the course. Now there were some cart paths that were in pretty bad shape. Overall I liked playing this course and enjoyed our golf outing. I will definitely come back here for another round of golf!

Back a year later and… just improved! Greens are really super! A great course, golf as it should be! You need every golf shot in your bag and a hot putter. The owners, the staff, the members are all fantastic people. Spent two years there as a guest member from abroad and really felt home. Miss it and them all very much!

What a hidden gem. I hate its taken me this long to find this course. Great experience from time I walked in to check in till the 18th hole. The staff was super nice and welcoming. The course is amazing, especially for the price. Greens were immaculate and rolled great. Course layout is neat yet challenging. If you haven’t ever played here I recommend getting out to play it. I will be back soon.

Wow really impressed with this course, wish i hadnt waited 6 years to play.I will most definitely be back with more friends.Greens are excellent condition as well as fairways, bunkers are clean and groomed but could use some new sand. They have full service snack bar and everyone i encountered had southern hospitality. $37 is definitely well worth it,even with a lot of players.
