The course’s design emphasizes accessibility and approachability, making it ideal for beginners looking to build confidence as well as experienced golfers seeking a relaxed, unpretentious round. The signature par-5 sixth hole stands out for its length and challenge, inviting players to test their long game amid open terrain.

Beyond the course itself, amenities include a modest clubhouse that supports local events, with carts and rental clubs available to streamline your visit. While the layout and facilities reflect the course’s small-town roots, the friendly atmosphere and attentive staff contribute to an inviting environment that keeps players returning.
For golfers seeking a clean, classic test of shot-making without the frills of a large resort, Gooding Golf Course delivers dependable pleasure. It encourages a simple yet rewarding encounter with golf, anchored in the rugged Idaho setting and a community spirit that embraces every swing and putt.

My kid wanted to go with his friend but they would not allow him a golf cart because he did not have a driver's license I guarantee he drives better than all the drunk guys out there. He's doing something besides video games. Shame on you!

Golf course is still closed for the winter season. We had a family / friends baby party and get together there today.

I grew up golfing here at Gooding Country Club. It's a good 9 hole course where you play a different set of tee's to make 18 holes. The food is ok, service is always good. They have carts, push carts, and clubs to rent out. The golf membership is a little pricey for what they offer.

Can book for events although I don't think it's very spacious inside just because the way it's set it's long and has different floor levels. But its nice u just need to be creative and know how u want to go about arranging tables etc...Has a deck and patio too, no outside alcohol beverage 😔. Very nice lady who showed us around!
