Course Overview

Peninsula Golf Club in Port Angeles, Washington, is a rewarding 18-hole public course that invites golfers to navigate its rolling landscape with skill and strategy. Situated just off South Lindberg Road, the layout presents a blend of thoughtfully contoured fairways and well-maintained greens, offering a play experience that balances challenge with approachability. The course’s topography features gentle hills and subtle elevation changes that influence shot selection, while numerous undulations add interest to both tee shots and approaches.

Golfers will find the greens notably receptive yet firm, demanding precision on each putt. Strategic bunkering guards key landing areas and greens, requiring a measured approach rather than brute force. Several holes feature blind pin placements and tee shots, a factor that makes carrying the course guide from the pro shop an essential part of preparation. Peninsula Golf Club was a lot of fun this morning. I got out early and finished my round in just over 3 hours. The greens were fantastic. The fairways we’re rolling out nicely. Make sure to grab a course guide book from the clubhouse if you have never played there before. I found the advice very helpful as some of the pins are blind shots from the tees. Lots of fun & looking forward to playing this one again!

A beautiful place but really sad that the club manager, terry, is trying to give the place away behind the members backs... and none of the rest of the board seems to care able the issues causing the money losses...and purposefully and maliciously denying the members needs and desires. They use people and steal money from homeless workers. The cook mike is drunk all the time and can hardly hold on to one plate... Service is slow and food and cleanliness is sub par, bordering on rotton.

What a wonderful place to golf. And when you are done, continue the pleasant experience by dining in the clubhouse. Food is great and reasonably priced and the service is so wonderful. Highly recommend. Course is challenging and the greens are well kept. Views are a bonus.
