Played here yesterday for the first time. It was a beautiful and well-maintained course. The gentleman working at the front desk was very friendly. I ran out of sunscreen and he brought some out of his car to let me use.

I played here for the first time recently and must say the course is overall in great shape, with holes 4, 5 and 18 having some of the best grass I’ve played on, public or private. The crew there does a great job maintaining the course. A fun layout, playable but also some challenges. The stretch of 14,15 and 16 on the river is awesome, a great spot with amazing views. Will be playing here more regularly. Top notch course and priced well below what I would expect to pay for a course in the current condition it is in.

Played PRGC for the second time today, absolutely love this course. It is in excellent shape from tee to green. The greens roll true, not too fast but not too slow. Not only is it in excellent shape but it is a beautiful course and every employee we encountered was super nice. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Lovely, challenging, interesting course nestled along the Piankatank River. 4000-6500 yards. Nice for intermediate to professional golfers, the terrain will not disappoint.

I've been meaning to take the hour-long drive to Piankatank River Golf Course for several years. Today, I went for it, and this course was worth every penny spent and mile driven! I've played countless courses in VA, NC, TN, and SC - plus, I work at a nationally-ranked golf resort - and this course was probably the most unique layout and overall experience I've ever had. The elevation changes on the front 9 keep things so interesting! And the views of the river on the back 9 are simply breathtaking. And from the moment my buddy and I stepped foot into the parking lot, Brent from the pro shop made us feel so welcomed and prepared to play. I will definitely be back because I'm not sure there's anywhere else that offers this kind of playing experience.

My buddy Jason loves the Yank a Tank. He says his TaylorMade golf balls fly further than ever there. One day he hopes to be a pro. Not PGA, maybe just a professional salesman at the golf section of Dicks Sporting Goods. Either way, the two guys with the light blue pants in front of us all day were very slow according to my friend Jason. He said the only reason they came golfing today was to grab a Weiner at the turn.
