Updated: Very inaccurate wait times, and staff up front told us via phone it was about 15 min wait. We’ve been waiting for almost 2 hours… staff seemed like they didn't really care and gave little context to why we had to wait almost an additional hour past the wait time. Once we got the notice that our Bay was almost ready, we went up front and the front desk rep said our Bay was being cleaned. We ended up waiting an additional 15 min only to arrive to a Bay that was dirty... we simply left after this. It was an unfortunate experience.

The fact that I paid $11 for just six nachos honestly felt like a ripoff. We started downstairs and had a great experience — the drinks were solid, and the bartender on the first floor was fantastic. But once we went upstairs and ordered another round along with some nachos, things went downhill. First, the nachos took way longer than expected. But more importantly — six chips for $11? That’s ridiculous. The portion was tiny and didn’t even come close to what the photo or price suggested. To be clear, this isn’t on the server — they were great. But the portion size was honestly insulting and completely soured what started as a fun visit. I understand you’re in a prime location, and the interactive game element naturally adds to the cost. And sure, mark up the drinks — that’s the business. But this wasn’t steak or some gourmet dish — just a basic snack. It felt like taking advantage of the setting to charge for something that doesn't deliver. First and last time.

Awesome activity with friends, the games available were very entertaining! All the food was great, my personal favorite was the macaroni bites. Staff were wonderful and attentive. Can't wait to come back with more friends and family.

Did a reservation before we went but found it so weird that they say they have 2 hour wait when there are so many bays that are empty. Thankfully we had a reservation. We got our bay and it was fine. We ordered food and it came at a reasonable time but our server didn’t give us any cutlery and napkins until we asked for it. Isn’t that part of the service. We did enjoy playing the games, only thing when it went to the white spot, the screen was never about to show the same. To my honest opinion, the Edison one is much better and managed very well. All bays are in use when they say it’s a 2 hour wait.

First time at top golf, was a fun experience, I liked the targeting and flight tracker aspect, although the tracker was jacked up on yardage. Service was great, very friendly staff. Food was just ok, but you don't go here for the food.
