It is what it is…. It’s a public course thats cheap and you get what you pay for….. It’s hilly and the greens are to fast….The people working there are super nice and helpful… It has a self service driving range and you will understand when they explain it…

Tempted not to write a review so other people don’t find this place. *For the price* you cannot beat this course. - excellent tee boxes - smooth, quick greens and nice grass around the greens - fun elevation changes It isn’t a country club but they put their money where it matters on the tee boxes and greens. It makes for a really enjoyable experience even if the fairways aren’t in great shape on some holes. I’ll make that trade every day of the week at this price point. Will definitely be returning.

Whittle Springs is a solid municipal course that’s well-kept and offers a decent challenge without being overly punishing. Most holes are straight and manageable in length, but there’s one dogleg that adds some fun strategy—go for it or play it safe. The driving range is a great perk for warming up, and the golf carts run smoothly. What really stands out is how little wait time there’s been both times I’ve played here—that’s a rare win for a muni. The only downside is the lack of shade, so bring your sun protection. My biggest gripe? The 19th hole. The clubhouse is pretty standard for a muni, but the roller dogs look like they’ve been spinning for hours. A fresh hot dog at the turn can really make a round, and this is where Whittle Springs could step it up.

Great local course with great golf carts. Greens are well maintained, and the staff is very helpful. You may have a golfer in your fairway occasionally. But this is a great course.

Played nine holes. Course was in great shape. Greens were fair. Not much water which is good for me. Golf carts are faster than normal… awesome. Great place
