Topgolf Knoxville is an outstanding experience. The golf is good, the service is great, and the food is outstanding. I've been here multiple times and I have never had a problem. It is the perfect place for parties, as even people without experience can have a good time. I highly recommend going to Topgolf.

My server was great, so this has nothing to do with her, i order a chicken sandwich to go since i wasn’t gonna finish it anyways i asked to not have colesalw and i wanted to add lettuce pickles and onions, the server rang it in and i paid for it , when my sandwich comes out it dosent have anything that i added on it so i find a busser ( since my server was busy) and i tell her what happend and she says she will go get it for me, 5 minutes later she comes back and she tells me that what i want costs and that im gonna have to look for the server so i can pay for it, and i told her that when ordering i told the server i wanted that so that i probably paid for it already, she came back about 5 minutes later and told me that she didn’t ring it in the right way so that I was gonna have to look for her so she could charge me ( we all make mistakes, and that’s okay) I decided to let it go cause we where almost about to leave, I went to bite my sandwich and surprise it was cold, overall terrible experience I understand having to pay for it, but it was literally a pice of lettuce ( wich wouldnt have even been a huge deal if they didn’t made it, especially with something that was so easy to solve) so everyone reading this be mindful that top golf would rather save the 5 cents that it cost them the lettuce than having you back and that says a lot about a business

This place is such a ripoff, I made a reservation online and even though their system messed up, I had to wait an hour to play. They offered nothing for the inconvenience, no one even offered us a box for our food. The price is not worth it. The staff just had a dumb look on their face when I showed them my confirmation and deposit, like I was supposed to fix the issue that their system made. Honestly it's cheaper to go to the driving range. Never coming back here again.

If you want to have some fun this is the place to go! It’s cheaper if you go during the day it wasn’t as crowded. I love the fact that you have your own server for your bay. The food is actually really good! They have a full menu and drink menu. Definitely a must try!

I don't usually review big name places but this was too much fun not to share. Slightly pricey but a totally worthwhile experience regardless!! Great games and really great food!! You don't have to be a golfing pro to have a good time here and that's the best part. I loved my first time experience in Knoxville and hope my follow up visits in FL are just as exciting. Thanks 😊👍

We took a break from the sun (and absolute scorcher of this week) to pop on over to Top Golf Knoxville. Such a GRAND time with exceptional service! The ice cream sundae was loaded and fries were fresh. The fans were BUMPIN’ so that the bays were cool and enjoyable. We can’t wait to be back for more summer fun!

Didn’t care for it to hot bad service took forever to get service. Had to go find someone to come help us. Food was over cooked made my drink wrong took forever to get they only good thing was the guy that didn’t come and help me gave us a discount and only had 5 chairs to set in and we had more the 5 people in are party we had 9 and kids I don’t take your children there’s nothing for them to do they would’ve had a Min golf play area for kids for the price no thanks
