RHR is an awesome course that is affordable and operated by the Town of Castle Rock. It's challenging in spots, and forgiving in others. It's hard to get tee times unless you're planning 3+ weeks out. The clubhouse is wonderful for drinks and food, plus all of the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Amazing course!! For what you pay this course is the best. I play almost every week and the people are so nice! The food is also great and if you go in the morning their breakfast burritos are great as well. If you’re going to pick a course in Castle Rock, definitely play here over plum creek

Got to play this course yesterday for the first time while on vacation. This course is absolutely beautiful. The scenery is epic, the course is in fantastic condition, the greens were some of the best I have ever played on. I would consider this course on my top 5 of all time favorites now. Hopefully I get a chance to play it again someday. The staff was great. I really have nothing negative to say about this place. Tons of fun!

Operationally terrible. The course was in great shape, but they stack the tee sheet into an unplayable golf experience. At one point there was 4 groups on one par 3! I get that a holiday can be slow, but they also decided to hold their league play & a separate afternoon tournament on the same day! What golf professional makes a decision like that?

Crazy how it’s a city course and residents can’t get a tee time here anymore. The extra $20 per person for a reservation 7 days ahead is a joke. Don’t even get me started on men’s leagues on the weekend. Used to be a great course for a leveled up price, now they are grinding people. Don’t get me wrong if you got the time to book a tee time 14 days in advance and pay $140 a round the course is great. But take you’re self up to bear dance or castle pines at the ridge for that money!
