Course Overview

Richmond Hill Golf Club, located just outside Savannah in Georgia, offers a welcoming 18-hole challenge set in an open landscape with a touch of Southern charm. This public layout presents a course that balances approachability with subtle tests that encourage a variety of shot-making strategies. Wide fairways invite players to swing freely, while natural water hazards appear strategically, requiring focus and respect throughout the round.

The course’s flat terrain makes navigation straightforward, but don’t mistake ease of movement for a simple day out. Bunkers guard several greens with purposeful depth, providing a firm challenge on approaches. The putting surfaces maintain a consistent pace and lush coloring that players praise, encouraging confident putting and quick reads.

Lot of fun - grounds keepers are doing a great job. Very challenging with lots of water. Staff is friendly but need to wear mask when dealing with the public. Priced right and worth the drive from Savannah.

Course is decent. The holes have wide fairways and hazards are limited. Overpriced in my opinion. Also Club is going private as of Jan 1st.

In my opinion, the best course in the area, yes I have played all major courses in the area. The greens are green, unlike other courses where the greens are green and brown. The fairways and ruff are also in great shape.
