I called Brad and had a conversation with him. It appeared I wasted his time after writing him the below email. I had to text him to ask for a response to my email. He explain to me how my concern was heard but your round did not take close to 6hrs and that this is what people do on the 18th hole. This happened for several holes, by the way. I was explained to how we teed off 15 minutes late and how no one else complained, except our group. It’s obvious that your customer service skills and approach with customers is not a strong point of the GM. A simple, sorry for what happened and let’s see if we can make this right. This review would have been totally different. Hopefully you get it right for the next customer. Unhappy and Disappointed Veteran, Darrell Subject: Unhappy and Disappointed Guest Good afternoon Brad. My name is Darrell Foreman. CC’d on this correspondence are my playing partners from Saturday morning, Curtis Collins and Willie Harris. Our tee time was 1036. I am just going to get right to it Brad. Saturday’s round was probably one of the worst golf experiences that I have ever encountered. When started we were informed that we were going to start a bit late. When we arrived we noticed that ther was a large congregation of people on the tee box. So we were aware there was a large group teeing off in front of us. My playing mate, Curtis, made mention to the starter about the concern of pace of play. The starter made it clear to us at this point that the course monitors pace of play closely from the clubhouse. Based on those comments, we assumed that a course Marshall would come out and address any slow play. That assumption was incorrect. We saw no marshal for the entire, approximately 6hr round. We waited upwards of 20-30 minutes on a few holes. This brings us back to the large group that was teeing off in front of us. Several of the holes that we were able to see, revealed that the entire group was playing together. The pictures attached provides validation to this statement. Pictures are worth 1000 words. Not only did this group affect the pace of play but the loud music, heard several holes away, was extremely disruptive. Most of us now have music on our carts but we would expect people to be considerate of others. We should not have been able to hear their music 3-4 holes over. The 4some that was in front of us was as disappointed as we were. Not sure if they complained as well as the group behind us. Brad it does not bring us any joy to take time out of our day to reach out to you about this matter but this is not what one should expect playing this caliber of course and for the amount paid to play this premium course. Brad just to close things out. This was a horrible golf experience. Disappointment would be an understatement. The course was in great shape, except the obvious gouge on the green, on the back 9. Short par 4. It appeared someone had taken some severe frustration out on the course, with their putter. We would like to hear from you Brad, this week, on how this horrible experience can be rectified. Please feel free to reach out to us via this email. If you need to setup a call I am pretty sure that either us will be more than happy to chat with you about this experience. I would recommend that you reach out to the group that was in front of us and behind us for their feedback, as well. Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you.

I recently took the Learn to Play Golf class series with John. The class series was a 6 week course every Saturday, at the Bandit Golf Club. (There are also classes on Thursdays which allows flexibility.) The first week we started with basics and as the weeks went by we learned more and worked on other skills (putting, chipping, grip, posture, different clubs and what they are used for. etc). Our class size was around 6- 8 people at a time, which allowed for 1:1 coaching as well. I have no previous golf experience and was on the fence of taking lessons, but John was the best golf instructor ever! Very knowledgeable, supportive, and made golf a lot of fun. Also, because of my lessons I decided to continue golf and a lot more confident. 10 out of 10 recommend and honestly the price for a 6 week course was not bad at all. The golf course is also nice and great facility!

Super fun and challenging course, definitely keeps you on your toes. It’s really well maintained. I played it during the winter, so it was pretty dry, but that’s just the season. Shoutout to the beverage cart service, top notch. Every time I called, they sent it right away, and throughout the round I saw it multiple times. That’s how it should be done.

My son left his wallet in the lower cubby in his cart today. He is completely responsible for that mistake however when he returned an hour later the wallet was in the same place and only $200 of cash had been removed. The cart guys that retrieved the wallet were kind and did search for the missing cash without any luck. My son went in to speak to the manager but was told there was nothing that could be done. I understand that returning the money may not be possible but I feel much more could have been done. You clearly have someone working for you that is dishonest, as a manager that should be more of a concern for you. Your employees are a direct representation of you and your business. Their professionalism and integrity is your responsibility. Again, I realize that my son should have gathered his belongings prior to leaving but that is no excuse for theft.

It has taken 3 hours to play the front 9. Over 300 golfers on the course. That's an average of 16.6 players a hole. Literally had 4 groups waiting to tee off most of the time. While it is a beautiful and challenging course, it seems like they are more concerned about making money than allowing their golfers to have a great time. You've lost our business!

9 groups on 4 holes and the Marshall/Head Pro says it’s just this hole that’s slow. The attitude for pace of play comes from the top. If you don’t like 6 hour rounds stay away from the Bandit.
