The course’s design emphasizes thoughtful positioning rather than brute distance, making each hole a test of accuracy and course management. From shorter par-4s that reward placement to longer holes that demand patience, golfers of varying skill levels will find noteworthy challenges without feeling overwhelmed. The greens maintain a consistent pace throughout the round, encouraging confident putting and rewarding focused green reading.

Set amid mature hardwoods, the environment lends itself to a quiet but invigorating golf outing where natural light moves across the fairways with changing angles and shadows, inviting players to engage fully with the terrain. While walking, players can enjoy subtle shifts in wind that influence shot shape and carry, elevating the tactical element of play.

Accessibility is restricted to members and their guests, with a dress code and etiquette policy reflecting the club’s heritage and standards. Caddies and carts are available on request, although many members choose to walk and experience the course’s rhythm more intimately.

For golfers planning a visit, timing is key—spring and early fall present ideal conditions before the heat or cold alter playing surfaces. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Booked a month in advance and they canceled our tee time the morning before the round. When we called the pro shop to get an explanation they said there was a tournament and there is nothing they can do. The guy on the phone said "go play golf somewhere else." Not a single apology or hint of empathy for spending a considerable amount of money and taking time away from family and work to have a guys weekend golfing. You would think they would have the foresight to block days they have tournaments...

Gorgeous course, in really good shape, stellar greens. We were visiting and were able to get on via golf now. The place is semi private, so most of the people playing there are members. Warning, this course is very challenging for higher handicap golfers who struggle to keep it on the fairway. Shrug the elevation does stroke the ego a bit by adding 10-20 yds of carry distance. overall a very enjoyable round and we would come back next time we're in town

Nice mountain course with friendly staff. The fairways were a lil scalped in places but that to be expected on a mountain course. I would for sure give this track another go!!

Go to Coyote Moon or any other course. Booked group golf for 8 for a bachelor party.Slow email responses all the way through and was super inflexible with terms and accomodations for number of players. When arrived was unfriendly and could find our reservation at first. Then charged us for ONE missing player. Coyote Moon acted first class and greeted us, was flexible and setup games and personalized cart tags and treated us like family. Go there instead!
