Unbelievable but low key service which is perfect. Super guest friendly. Food is always good. The course has come from good to excellent in last 3-4 years. The changes have been perfect and the daily shape the course is in is unbelievable. Greens went from soft and slow to hard and fast. Fairways drain much better. Just spectacular. The accommodations are perfect. Always clean, never more than you need and always well stocked. Top 3 places to stay and play imo if you can get access.

It really doesn't get any better than this place. Having been lucky enough to experience a couple of stay and plays this year and last, I was very much looking forward to seeing what Laurel had to offer. My friends who have visited often said that it is a golf experience like no other - and they weren't wrong. The course was in amazing shape, even after remnants of a hurricane had gone through the day before. Service was top notch, food was great, drinks were better. I would say that the only drawback to me was that the lodges were a little outdated, but clean and accommodating. To some, that may even be the charm they were looking for, so no complaints here. Overall, one of the best places I have ever golfed.
