Hi public, the golf course is great. I visited for the light festival where vendors were present for the 1st year. (Too cold n no heaters for them) Furthermore, after over 2 hours waiting for the horse ride to just drive 2 minutes for drop off where we had to walk the rest of the way to find the lights, it was quite disappointing. Not the extravaganza it was hiped up to be. The walk through the field to even get to the pavement was hazardous to walk through. Not suitable for strollers, elderly or wheelchairs. Sorry guys...I'd suggest light show in woodland chesapeake to be a better experience. This light festival is best via a drive through not walk through. Oh but the Obici house n golf course is excellent for your next event, hands down! 😉

Tried to book a Tee Time. Spoke to Katie on the phone who had a terrible attitude. She was extremely rude and dismissive. Do not recommend playing here if this is how they treat people.

As always, a solid course for the money. The greens are usually consistent and the fairways trimmed and maintained. Sand bunkers are actually made of sand. Staff is courteous and work with the players to make them comfortable. Carts are electric and fast but not too fast. Beer and liquor is provided by the cafe and occasionally there is a beer cart that drives around as well. A solid course that I plan to attend for many years to come

The course was in great shape. The greens were great to but you can tell tell that the players are not using golf educate and fixing there ball marks. That is all on the players not the golf course. And I had the pleasure of dealing with Katie in the pro shop who some one here have said she is rude and disrespectful, that couldn’t be farther from the truth. She was absolutely fantastic!!! And the food was great as well. I truly would recommend giving this golf course a go. I will be going back.
