I want to share my opinion about my visit to the bowling alley. The service provided by the man with no hair was poor. It would be great if he received training to improve his patience and empathy towards customers, especially families with children.

Great Bowling - terrible “All Around” entertainment. I cannot believe the Very poor managed facility with regards to the bowling alley. In order to get food, while bowling, one must venture their way through a bar and try to wave down only one of a very few busy bartenders to place a food order. After spending more than 10 minutes waiting on a bartender to finally take my order my food was delivered to the lane, however nobody said my food was there so it sat getting cold until I went up top to see that my food was delivered. I spoke to the cashier about why the bowling alley portion of the establishment, which by the way had the majority of customers present, didn’t have any service. He politely said you must just go to the bar to order food. It blows my mind that this place doesn’t cater to the bowlers, due to it being a bowling alley, but rather caters to the bar. The management can’t see the trees through the Forrest. Very Sad! I guess they go off the notion that this is the only thing in town so one will come and visit. Not the way I would think about customer service. Anyway Good luck. Bottom line - Great place - terrible management!

The bowling part was great, but the few games they had there stole all my kiddos money, so he was upset about that. Love the blacklight and lights, and the jams were good for my 90s self.

My family had so much fun here! Bowling was fun, the golf simulator was cool, and the bar/pub inside was super accommodating! The bartender didn't know what was in the drink I ordered, but made an amazing Caribou Lou after I told her what it was.

So, I'm a advid bowler. Travel to Chicopee, Great Barrington and even East Longmeadow to practice and just to throw a ball in a non competitive atmosphere. I drove 35 minutes because I seen they were open. I get there they were open, so I proceeded to go in and I notice must have 2 ppl to bowl. I got to the desk and was told need 2 ppl to bowl. I hit them with ill pay your regular price per game. And I was still told no. The part that gave me bad vibes was there was 26 available lanes out of 30. And ligit 2 ppl in line to also bowl. Like I didnt know business was that good were you could turn me away. Was gonna join the scratch league on thursday night next year but pffff forget that. Ill bring business someone else where it's appropriate . I remember why it's been 20 years since I bowled there.
